Breaking Barriers: Preventing Gender-Based Discrimination

On Human Rights Day 2024, we invite you to join a transformative conversation about tackling gender-based discrimination in education, the workplace, and beyond.

Why does this matter? Gender stereotypes and societal expectations often create barriers for women, impacting their opportunities in every aspect of life. This conference, hosted by Amnesty International Hungary, Emberség Erejével, and the Association of Hungarian Women in Science (NaTE), focuses on providing educators, social workers, and school psychologists with practical tools to challenge these stereotypes and foster equality.

We’re also thrilled to share insights from NaTE’s impactful Agrigep and STREAM IT projects, which showcase real-world strategies for promoting inclusion and breaking down systemic barriers in STEM and beyond.
