AGRIGEP Team Presented at the 30th ESRS Congress in Riga

Members of the AGRIGEP team from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU) took part in the 30th Congress of the European Society for Rural Sociology (ESRS), which was held in Riga, Latvia, from 7 to 11 July 2025 under the theme Navigating rural transitions: Exploring liveable futures.

During the event, the team contributed to the working group Reflecting on Inclusive Research Practices in Rural Context with a presentation of their paper entitled „Gender Inclusiveness in Research at Life Science Universities.“ The paper shared selected findings from the AGRIGEP project and sparked a fruitful discussion on institutional change and gender-sensitive research environments in higher education.

In addition to presenting research outcomes, the team also announced the upcoming AGRIGEP Final Conference, which will take place on 25 September 2025 in Prague, inviting fellow researchers and stakeholders to join in discussing the project’s final results and policy implications.
