Project’s goals

1. Perform a responsible assessment of widening research partners organisations‘ current status on Gender Equality Plan (GEP) implementation;
2. improve capabilities through intensive capacity building;
3. develop and implement agriculture and life-science targeted GEP with sectorial-specific measures and strategies;
4. integrate GEP targets into the academic training materials of Research Performing Organisations (RPOs);
5. foster and support long-term structural changes of RPOs.
